Apartments, houses, properties:
– 5% including tax with a minimum of 200,000 thb.
Shops/Business:
– 5% including tax with a minimum of 200,000 thb
Fees payable by the purchaser.
Properties sold below 4,000,000 THB including fees will be subject to the fixed scale of 200,000 THB agency fees.
The fees include visiting services, negotiation and preparation of the sales file.
Remuneration of a business provider:
10% from the agent in contact.
